About this opportunity
We are now looking for an Associate Engineer to secure technical capability as part of Automated Ops 24/7 running of Services & includes diagnosis, fast domain support, routine resource fulfilment & field technical support.
What you will do
Will Work in a 24 X 7 Environment.Will support the customer over email as well as phone.Sound knowledge of Microwave TechnologyWill be responsible for 2nd Line troubleshooting of Microwave system over Ericsson 6xxx SeriesHaving sound knowledge on Mini-link 6600 SeriesSO-EM hands on experienceSoftware upgrade process for these Mini-link 6600 SeriesQoS parameter knowledge for Mini-link 6600 SeriesEthernet alarms and parameters with their troubleshooting processRaise and update the tickets in in tool for all the issues handled / worked upon.Will have to report the daily issues handled / escalated in the form of daily shift reports.Need to make sure that issues are handled in right time frames as per the SLA / Commitments.Good knowledge over SLA/WLAGood in preventive activities with available performance report from Microwave NMSGood in customer handling and RCA identification
You will bring
Degree/Diploma in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent2-5 years of hands-on experience on 2nd Level Engineer- functional role. Good Technical Knowledge of the Microwave Technology preferably 6K series.Transmission or ENM experience preferred.
