Manage projects from concept, design, and financial justification through implementation within project
schedule and budget.
• Analyze plant processes, design, and implement efficient and cost-effective improvements.
• Explore new ways to automate systems, design of control solutions and implementation.
• Provide solutions to integration challenges associated with plant equipment.
• Manage multiple projects at one time to maximize facility support.
• Complete projects as assigned and as they arise finding creative solutions to problems.
• Provide project cost estimates, maintains project schedules, and coordinates related activities.
• Create CAD layout of equipment, workflow, and assembly methods. Develop various equipment
programs,
Programable Logic Controller (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), etc. for
various manufacturing projects.
• Provide support for automation, electrical, Computer Numeric Control (CNC), Programable Logic
Controller
(PLC) control issues (either on-site, by phone or on-line).
• Provide unscheduled emergency troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment in the plant.
• Maintain up to date and current back-up documentation of all electrical, electronic machine and
controller
programs and effectively communicate any changes to appropriate personnel.
• Practices Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and follows safe electrical work practices – serves as a leader in safe
electrical working practices, teaching others to follow.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
