Job Summary:

In this role, you will perform routine maintenance and repair work on buildings, equipment, and grounds, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying maintenance needs, and prioritizing repairs to maintain a high standard of facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs.
• Complete all work orders in a timely manner and maintain the work order system as required.
• Remain alert for any safety hazards at properties and report them to Facilities leadership for immediate corrective action.
• Perform all work in a safe manner using required safety equipment and following all safety procedures.
• Participate in required meetings and contribute to staff developmental activities.
• Submit all credit card and fuel charges for accounting in a timely manner.
• Be available to be on-call and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Leadership team.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Two (2) years of responsible employment history with an emphasis on previous maintenance experience.
Additional Qualifications:
• Must successfully complete a background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
• Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
