Position Summary

Provides decision-making support through comprehensive financial and situational analysis. Performs business analysis functions and oversees systems and software maintenance to support cross-functional departments.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Collaborates with field operations and cross-functional teams to gather data, develop insights, and deliver impactful reporting and analytics.Delivers comprehensive research and analysis to internal stakeholders, encompassing financial reviews, data evaluations, trend identification, and progress tracking of strategic initiativesIdentifies key performance indicators and opportunities for optimization applying advanced analytical techniques and regression analysis.Analyzes business challenges and provides actionable recommendations to improve operations and drive strategic decisions.Completes ad hoc analyses to evaluate operational trends, terminal performance, exception reporting, and other critical areas.Evaluates existing business analysis processes and proposes innovative methods to enhance the value and accuracy of analytics for internal customers.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.2+ years of engineering analysis, business analysis, or related experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of data analysis tools and syndicated data sources.
