Objective: Streamline inventory for the Maintenance Shop and maximize staffing and productivity from 3 sort-lines.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop a Kanban system for parts inventory. Organize parts to make inventory counts more efficient. Place tools in a manner that makes them easily accessible and identifiable when something is missing. Order necessary materials. Perform training as necessary on new procedures. Complete a time study to determine productive and downtime of sort lines. Analyze results, develop, and implement an action plan to achieve desired results.

Computer literate with the ability to type and familiarity with the office suite of applications. Well-spoken with the ability to effectively communicate instructions to others. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
