**ECAP is an 18-month rotational development program forengineers focused on the transmission industry. Although our program offersfour tracks: Generalist, Manufacturing, Control & Protection and SubstationEngineering, we are currently seeking applicants interested in ourManufacturing Track. The base location for the Manufacturing Track is Richland,MS. All tracks rotate through Raleigh, NC, Richland, MS and sites across theUS, as applicable. Program participants will also participate in four formallearnings, which provide access to our internal industry experts, to furthertheir education and confidence!**
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
+ **Duringthis 18-month program you will participate in three rotational assignmentsin Raleigh, NC, and Richland, MS, as well as sites across the US,depending on the track. The areas of business include Grid Solutions (HighVoltage Grid, Substations, Onshore and Offshore), Products (Transformers,Switching and Non-switching gear, Clean Energy Solutions), Service,Storage, and Digital Grid.**
+ **Youwill use fundamental engineering concepts, practices, and procedures tocomplete work you're doing while learning about the business. Thistraining will help prepare you for several roles within the business(typical roles may include Application Engineering, Project Engineering,Product Design, Field Service, Digitalization, Project Management, Jobsite safety, Business Development, etc.).**
+ **Abilityto acquire product knowledge and learn the complexities of the broaderTransmission Industry and current customer landscape.**
+ **Abilityto establish a business network, growing in your personal and professionaldevelopment.**
**What You Bring**
+ **ByJune 2025, you will have a bachelor’s degree experience in electricalengineering (preferred), power systems engineering, mechanicalengineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering, structuralengineering, construction management, or tightly related field.**
+ **Youpossess a genuine interest in the electric grid and its ongoingtransition.**
+ **Youare interested in developing your skills in power grid-focusedengineering, project management, business development, and field servicesubject areas.**
+ **Youare a curious, self-starting leader, with strong organizational and timemanagement skills. You enjoy demonstrating all available resources andleading others to build innovative solutions to challenging issues.**
+ **Youhave strong communication skills and are eager to enhance your verbal,written, and presentation abilities for business purposes.**
+ **Abilityto travel, as required for the rotations and relocation upon completion ofthe program.**
+ **We arecurrently recruiting for our next class, which will commence in June 2025.Our Spring 2025 recruitment timeline includes a virtual interview event tobe held in February/March timeframe with offers to successful candidatesin the March/April timeframe.**
