Engineering Chief Administrative Officer

Will be focused on the completion of a variety of projects; planning, managing and overseeing the execution of strategic projects and executive reporting within Engineering.  The role involves collaborating across key internal corporate providers, as well as, regional and global business and support functions to ensure progress and alignment with goals.  The successful candidate will have an excellent ability to manage complex project efforts while building relationships and managing expectations of project team’s stakeholders and executives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and management for a variety of areas including executive presentation, dashboard reporting, internal communications, divisional goals/metrics reporting and coordination of projects with internal corporate partnersSpace / Facility ManagementFinancial AnalysisFind creative solutions to unique scenarios by utilizing knowledge of State Street processes and proceduresPlan and execute projects ensuring teams meet project objectives, scope, dates, budget, and success criteria of stakeholdersEfficiently navigate reports and databases to extract desired informationProvide leadership and direction to project teams to ensure accurate and timely executionAnalyze business processes and functions to locate inefficiencies and strategize solutions to drive continuous process improvement initiativesParticipate as a representative of the local business unit in regional or global working groups as requiredPerform reviews; establishing, implementing, and documenting control proceduresInterpretation of business needs and translation into application and operational requirementsWriting User Manuals, Training Material and Application Support Documents as requiredEnsure that specialist knowledge is kept current and is shared with other team members and the business unitProactively identify and  contribute to the evolution of CAO initiatives to ensure best practice, to meet the changing requirements of our constantly changing business, to improve efficiency, and to reduce risk

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree5+ yrs. Experience in a financial or business analyst role within financial services, consulting, Advanced analysis experience with databases and queries including excel and accessProven track record in execution and driving resultsExperience with Project Management Software a plusMust be comfortable with ambiguity and undefined problems

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $142,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
