Job Summary:

Job offers are conditional based on successful completion of drug screen, physical, and background check.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Review job packets.
+ Create in-process-inspection plans
+ Enters transfer orders to return excess material to the branches.
+ Responds to customer service emails regarding ship dates & inventory check.
+ Enter buy backs for quality discrepancies
+ Adjusts inventory count on the floor according to part numbers.
+ Investigates order discrepancies.
+ Back up for scheduling shipments/trucks.
+ Serves as a backup for creating/modifying routers.
+ Vendor returns
+ Print full size layouts
+ Monitor movement & close transactions of raw & FG transfers
+ Create and manage engineering documents and work instructions, where applicable
+ Documenting meeting notes and report preparation
+ Prepare quality documents i.e. material certificates
Requirements:
+ This position requires a High School education but a College degree is preferred
+ Working knowledge and experience with an MRP/ERP system a plus
+ CAD/Solidworks experience
+ Interpret drawings
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and email
+ Ability to make decisions and problem solve manufacturing issues
+ A minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred
Working environment/physical demands
+ Works in both office and warehouse environmental demands and in warehouse working conditions and surroundings, while wearing the required PPE.
+ May lift up to 50 pounds if needed. This position requires standing and walking about 2-3 hours on a daily average.
