**JOB** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Able to utilize data to generate insights, initiate measurement mechanisms and / or track key performance indicators + Participate in specific Continuous Improvement events and activities as required, largely in a manufacturing setting + Work with engineering and maintenance teams on day-to-day problem solving. + Recommend process improvements to streamline for efficiencies. + Support/Lead small projects to improve site sustainability improvements, including design and implementation. + Collaborate with other departments such as, EHS, Process Engineering, etc. to obtain data needed to implement successful projects. + Demonstrate strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, leadership capabilities and strong analytical skills + Demonstrate the ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively + Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
