We are looking for a motivated Engineering Design Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in various design and engineering projects, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the engineering design process. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers, contribute to innovative projects, and develop practical skills essential for your future career in engineering. The start date for this role will be May 2025, for a duration of 12-16 months + Collaborate with senior engineers in the design and development of engineering projects. + Create and modify 2D and 3D models using Autodesk Inventor. + Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas for product design and enhancements. + Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions, including material selection and feasibility studies. + Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and presentations. + Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget. + Assist in prototype development and testing, collecting data to evaluate design performance. + Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues as they arise during the project lifecycle. + Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference. + Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. + Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. + Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety. + Basic understanding of engineering principles and design processes.
