Our client, an enterprise Fortune 500 company is looking to hire a Director of Engineering to join their Engineering department. This Director of Engineering will oversee multiple Software Engineering teams that focus on developing applications used by millions of customers on a weekly basis. This Director of Engineering should have plenty of experience overseeing high impact software projects and experience building strong teams. Required Skills & Experience At least 10+ years of building and overseeing largescale software products 5+ years of experience overseeing teams building Web applications 2+ years of experience in a Director role overseeing Engineering Managers. Knowledge of technologies like JavaScript, React, Nodejs, GraphQL, REST APIs, Java, MongoDB, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc. Ability to drive strategic direction Experience working with Architecture teams to ensure best practices and processes Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desired Skills & Experience Prior Enterprise level experience Financial industry experience The Offer Salary: 200-250K base
