Position OverviewThe Document Management Coordinator will support and assist Kiewit Engineers with the management of engineering documents in accordance with government/company regulations for various design projects.

We offer a variety of engineering services, including owner's engineering, project development, detailed engineering and design, construction management and plant services.
LocationThis position is based out of our Lenexa, KS office.
ResponsibilitiesThe Document Management Coordinator position is primarily responsible for processing and managing internal and external distribution of engineering documentation on incoming and outgoing workflows and preparing transmittals for document distribution as directed. Other duties include updating and maintaining engineering document management systems; updating and maintaining various distribution matrices and document trackers for engineering records; following processes and standards to ensure adherence to project requirements; providing overall administrative support to the project team.
QualificationsRequired Experience
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify and utilize the correct tools, systems and techniques to index, files, and manage engineering documents remain flexible when dealing with changing requirements multi-task and work proactively to resolve issues work independently Effectively collaborate with others in a team-based environment
Preferred Experience
Associates degree with a concentration in Information Management, Information Technology, Data Management, or Computer Information Systems Bluebeam, Adobe Pro, or Smartsheet EDMS such as InEight Document, SharePoint, ProjectWise, Aconex, or DocumentumOther Requirements:
