As a Coordinator on the Engineering Enablement team, you will help deliver programs that provide engineering employees with the skills, mindsets, practices and sense of community needed to build and deliver best-in-class software. Our team strives to build robust, scalable, and standardized programs focused on product and technology knowledge where everyone, regardless of their team or location, has an equitable experience and relevant learning paths.
We are in the process of building out several enablement programs including both onboarding and ongoing education programs along with events like hackathons and summits. You will work to develop best practices around coordination, logistics, communications and overall participant experience. You’ll also partner with the Manager, Engineering Operations, and Technical Curriculum Developers to ensure we have efficient and scalable operational practices in place as we build out programs.

What you’ll do:
Support participants throughout the entire enablement program lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience Manage scheduling, logistics, marketing, communications and feedback loops for enablement programs Build and implement enhancements to the quality, efficiency, and scalability of our operations (e.g., automating processes, creating communication templates, etc.) Serve as the team’s point of contact for our learning management system, Docebo. Support team operations by proactively tracking, monitoring, and reporting on projects using Google Sheets, Jira, and other digital toolsWho You Are:
You have supported coordination and logistics efforts You have at least 2 years of strong project management skills and sharp attention to detail You have experience driving forward initiatives with multiple moving parts and varied timelines You effectively partner with collaborators and stakeholders You can serve as a credible point of contact for individuals across various levels, departments, and geographiesDatadog values people from all walks of life.
