Engineering Enablement Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Project Manager III in the Corporate Governance and Oversight Architecture and Engineering, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong organizational skills coupled with communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. Corporate Oversight and Governance Technology is responsible for developing solutions that support the Compliance, Controls Management, Resiliency, Legal, Regulatory, and Audit line of businesses. The solutions support 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line independent review, monitoring and oversight of business operations with a focus on legal and regulatory obligations related to the offerings of the firm’s products and services.​

Architecture and Engineering is a cross-functional group residing within Corporate Oversight & Governance Technology performing a multi-faceted function covering engineering practices, architectural governance and data management; providing guidance, setting mandates, and delivering solutions.

Job responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
