JR50372 Engineering Excellent Engineer

As an Engineering Excellence Engineering at MTB (Micron Taiwan Backend), you will manage middle to large scale projects. Provide for effective communication to create an environment of teamwork and coordination across numerous groups to gather and disperse multi-party input for project implementation. Must be able to develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with coworkers, supervisors, managers, clients, and others in contact with on the job.

Responsibilities:

Development and maintain Site level Excellence Projects.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Plan, execute and manage projects to complete through product continuous improvement.Will work in a multi-discipline team environment as well as special projects as required.To be self-driven and committed to the project engineer position and responsibilities by meeting deliverables and successfully work with little supervision.

Essential:

Good word processing skills (MS office).Fluent in Mandarin, good speaking/reading/writing ability in English.Self-starter and driver who takes ownership of their work.Strong interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships across functions.Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data to inform decision making.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Python、MySQL、Power BI、Tableau.
