Plans, organizes, supervises, manages, and controls the overall operation of plant Facilities, and Utilities  including Process Equipment maintenance, Safety and Environmental compliance

Conducts Engineering guidance in utilities, facilities and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair to ensure reliability through cost effecitve maintenance and efficient management system.

Ensures compliance to all Government regulations, codes and standards.
