Primary Objective: As a summer intern in engineering, you will be responsible for running various tests using software already designed for the task. Major Areas of Accountability: 1. Write reports using Microsoft Office products. 2. Conduct various tests for different engineers. 3. Assist Engineers with software or electrical testing. 4. Interact with different engineers to assist them with various testing tasks. 5. Ensure that any written report of a specific test is written with the supervision of the engineer. 6. Know and apply the division’s quality policy and procedures of ISO 9001 as it relates to area of responsibility and the organization. Follows all standard-operating procedures as prescribed and notifies appropriate personnel of any non-conformance. Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in an accredited university and studying for an under graduate degree. • The ability so load Windows applications and write reports in Microsoft Word. • Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills. • An ability to exercise sound judgment to solve testing problems and make recommendations. • To be able to comprehend written and verbal instructions and technical documentation.
