Key Responsibilities: + Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the manufacturing process. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find root-causes. + Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for optimization and verification of solutions. + Support the design and testing of new processes or modifications to existing processes. + Document project progress, findings, and results. + Present project updates and final results to the engineering team and management. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. + Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus. + Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
