JOB PURPOSE: As an Industrial Engineering Intern, you will be joining our manufacturing operations team to gain practical experience and contribute to various projects in the field of industrial engineering. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Time and Motion Studies: Conduct time and motion studies to measure and analyze work methods, tasks, and resource utilization. Provide recommendations for process optimization and ergonomic improvements.Process Analysis: Collaborate with engineers and production leads to analyze existing processes and systems within the organization. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Data Collection: Assist in gathering relevant data and performance metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing, logistics, or other operational processes.Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives. Help implement and track changes aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing waste.Simulation and Modeling: Utilize industrial engineering software and tools to create simulations and models that aid in optimizing processes and making informed decisions.
