As a Test Lab Engineer in our Phoenix, AZ facility, you will design, develop, and test products that enhance the pool experience for customers around the world. Working cross-functionally, you’ll lead test plans for our innovative products, ensuring they meet internal and industry standards. This role offers opportunities for growth, mentorship, and hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities Design and execute test setups for pool equipment using a variety of tools (e.g., flow meters, voltmeters, transducers). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve products. Analyze and document test results, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Maintain lab equipment and ensure a safe, organized work environment. Lead and mentor lab staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation. Qualifications BS in Engineering Sciences or Technology (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of relevant experienceStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to interpret engineering drawings and standards. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and inclusivity.Collaborative, diverse, and fast-paced environment focused on growth and excellence.Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, product specifications, and government/industry standards and specifications.Ability to maintain excellence and accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.Ability to swim.
