Job Responsibilities:  

Team Management: Oversee and mentor engineering staff, promoting professional growth, collaboration, and a culture of excellence.  

Project Oversight: Manage engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.  

Technical Guidance: Provide technical direction and support to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.  

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and product development, to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business goals.  

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency, product quality, and safety.  

Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of engineering budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.  

Performance Metrics: Monitor team performance and project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and report findings to senior management.  

 

Education:  

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.  

5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.  

Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.  

Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects and leading teams.  

Proficient in engineering software and project management tools.
