Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience building tools that improve developer velocity, code quality and code health (e.g., compilers, automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks). + 3 years of experience in people management. + 1 year of experience working in a matrixed organization. + 1 year of experience with Cloud Computing or in a Linux development environment. Preferred qualifications: + Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. + 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms. + 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. + 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
