Technical supervision of HW & SW resources for current and future projects according to the portfolio roadmap

• Develop technical competency and proficiency in the team aligned with the ambition of the local and regional organization.

• Establish individual and collective performance goals for the team, as well as their periodic review and annual performance evaluation

• Provide productivity tools to the team for the execution of tasks, as well as the necessary training for their use.
