This position requires you to be a self-starter with the ability to take ownership, work with tight timelines, handle various tasks simultaneously while continuing a positive work culture. Besides, great oral communication and written documentation skills are important for this role in promoting ideas throughout the company. Responsibilities:Manage a team of software engineers with the responsibility to deliver core components for Saviynt Access ManagerHire senior developers and architects into the team along with a mix of more junior engineersDeliver software releases in an agile method at regular cadence with enterprise-level quality and performanceCollaborate with peer managers, product managers, support and field teamsAct as a Scrum Master for one or more teams.Be hands-on with the product in terms of usability, testing, triage, and design aspectsSupervise the delivery of high-quality, well-written code that is quickly understood and easily supported by others.Participate in project core team meetings to discuss status, risks, and mitigation strategies across delivery teams.Partner with Product Managers and Program Managers to define roadmaps and sprint planning objectives.Define, manage, and report on key performance indicators that measure team performance against organizational objectives.Provide mentorship to team members and build a strong teamwork cultureAssess the performance of the team and provide feedback regularlyExperience in managing the escalations and prioritizing the tickets by working closely with the teams.Qualifications:BS, or MS in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent experience required9+ Years of Experience with 3+ years in management with a strong track record3+ years of software development experience with Java, Spring, and HibernatePrevious experience in Microservices and Spring bootExperience in fast-paced startup companies with high-velocity development and growing engineering team rapidlyStrong technical skills with proficient people management skillsAgile methodology background with scrum master experienceExperience in performance management and running highly productive teamsStrong SaaS/Cloud company background required$150,000 - $240,000 a yearWe offer you a competitive total rewards package, learning and tremendous opportunities to grow and advance in your career. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000 to $240,000 annually.
You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.If required for this role, you will:- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
