The Workforce Security team is responsible for managing workforce security risk for the Netflix workforce to protect our users, endpoints, and vendors (eg: endpoint security controls, secure google drive usage, configuration and integration of SaaS vendors, user controls rightsizing etc). We achieve this mission by understanding business context, providing opinionated guidance and shaping the security controls posture to manage risk in balance with business enablement. We operate across a broad scope and scale our charter through a wide set of key partnerships.
We are looking for a pragmatic leader for this team to enable our mission and cultivate strong partnerships with business and engineering stakeholders. You will drive the strategy for workforce security investments in close collaboration with key partners with a pragmatic, risk focused approach.
Desired background:
You have experience across workforce security domains with a key focus on vendor security.
You understand the needs of your internal customers and balance the impact of security controls on their productivity.
You prefer risk driven, scalable security approaches over policy based mandates.
You have experience partnering with product and engineering teams on strategy and implementation of security program needs.

You have experience collaborating and managing relationships with cross functional partner teams across the business.

You have experience translating business context to security program needs and prioritizing team investments based on risk.

Compensation:
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is 190,000 - $920,000.
