Req ID: 75309 Description The Test Development Manager (TM) is responsible for the development and implementation of new test methodology and automation to support BAW and SAW Filter products as they advance from development to production. The TM reports to Product Test Engineer Director and will work with design, development and NPI to support engineering test requirements during the new product introduction process with the vision to optimize production testing as well. Responsibilities of this position include supporting engineering test activities pertaining to the validation and characterization of new product designs and process changes. Additionally, the TM will work on development of new test capabilities as well as optimization of existing manufacturing and reliability testing through automation. Responsibilities PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Responsibilities include directing, leading and managing the technical activities in one or more engineering disciplines (mechanical, software, packaging, electrical, reliability, systems, applications, or process engineering). Evaluates final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Required Experience and Skills + BS in Electrical Engineering or Science with min 5 years of experience.
