This role involves guiding a team of engineers, refining processes to boost throughput, and directly contributing to design and production when needed. Responsibilities: + Lead and mentor a team of engineers to enhance performance and growth. + Implement and refine engineering processes to increase efficiency. + Engage in hands-on design work using Fusion 360. + Contribute to new product development initiatives. + Operate Haas CNC machinery when needed to support production.
