Job Title: Engineering Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager who is skilled in managing schedules, communicating effectively with the production team, verifying design requirements, and understanding drafting/design, GD&T, and BOMs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in task management with engineers and previous supervision or management experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee engineering schedules and timelines.Communicate efficiently with the production team to ensure smooth operations.Verify and ensure compliance with design requirements.Understand and apply knowledge of drafting/design, GD&T, and BOMs.Manage tasks and coordinate with engineers to ensure project success.Supervise a team up to 9-10 engineers, including drafters and designers.Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.Lead design release and project management activities.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in design engineering and analysis.Familiarity with manufacturing processes.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong project management skills.Experience in supervision and holding team members accountable.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of White Oak, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
