Who you’ll be working with   We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms.   What you’ll be doing Manage and lead a team of software engineers in developing high-quality software products. Coordinate with cross-functional teams & Partners  to ensure timely and successful delivery of software projects. Collaborate with the product team to understand and prioritize software development initiatives. Design, develop, and deploy software applications utilizing NodeJS, ReactJS, Angular, python Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability of software products through pull requests, code reviews, unit testing, and development best practices. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the engineering team. Planning, estimation, requirement analysis, layout design of assigned project and other ongoing projects in team with Project Manager / Developers / Designers. Maintaining and auditing code / design quality as per set guideline and standards in assigned projects. Maintaining the skill set matrix of the team. What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements) 7+ years of experience leading teams of engineers 7+ years of hands-on development experience with one or more of the following: Frontend: React or Angular Backend: Node or python   Cloud:  AWS or Azure using serverless functions and microservices Relevant hands-on experience building unit tests on common unit test frameworks Relevant hands-on experience with RESTful & GraphQL APIs Familiarity with dev tools such as Github and Jira Minimum of 5+ years DB experience with relational DBs or noSQL such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift, MongoDB, Redis Need another reason to hit the “apply” button?
