Position Overview: Fluor Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team for a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignment in Płock, Poland. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brownfield projects and interface management. This role requires a commitment to a 2-3 year assignment, with a preference for local candidates due to language requirements, although western candidates are also considered.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage engineering teams on brownfield projects. Oversee interface management between various project stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on brownfield projects and interface management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Polish is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Płock, Poland for the duration of the assignment.
