The role
 
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of EPC/EPCM projects. This is a permanent position offering stability and the opportunity to contribute to innovative mining projects, with a focus on gold mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and technical staff.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of EPC/EPCM projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
-  Drive continuous improvement initiatives within engineering processes and workflows.

What you'll need to succeed

- Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline.
- Experience: Extensive experience in an EPC/EPCM environment within the mining sector, with a preference for gold mining projects.
- Leadership: Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, project execution, and resource planning.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships and collaboration across teams.
