The Engineering Manager contributes to the establishment of operational objectives and work plans through alignment with senior management. He/She is responsible for driving results on continuous improvement projects including cost, methods, and staffing. Builds up and manages the engineering organization with required capabilities through alignment with objectives set by operations stakeholders. The job requires a thorough understanding of the business needs to industry best in class practices to support continuous improvement initiatives of business systems and processes with targeted benefits.
Typically requires a minimum 10 years of related functional hands-on experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Besides he/she must have rich SMT & Test & box build process and product knowledge covering different field.
