**Engineering Manager Responsibilities** o Oversee the management of the Engineering Department, including product and process engineering. o Integrate and streamline process resources to enhance production quality and efficiency. o Coordinate production schedules and address abnormalities, ensuring timely reporting. o Develop new manufacturing processes to maintain innovation and competitiveness. o Lead process change and improvement meetings to drive continuous enhancements. o Facilitate regular engineering-related meetings with clients to ensure their requirements are met. o Guide team members in professional knowledge, discipline, and skills development.
