Responsibilities:
Lead high-functioning, diverse group of engineers, establishing clear objectives and key results, developing consistent set of practices and process across the team, and driving towards resolution of challenging problems. This includes all performance management aspects of leading the engineers including acquiring and providing feedbacks and administering reviews.Manages software ownership and development from initial concept through continuous improvement.Collaborates with Product team to drive product capabilities and to define product roadmapsExperience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment and agile tools (e.g. Rally)Ability in building relationships with broad range of constituencies, strong communication skills, and ability to develop a deep understanding of the business domains of the users involvedTechnical aptitude and exceptional ability to pay close attention to key details in order to analyze, understand and develop new product featuresWorking well with virtual teams and have a flexible work structure that allows for early morning/late night calls with resources in other countriesResponsible for the product backlog for one or more scrum teamsContribute to the joint product roadmap while focusing on team specific backlogsCoordinate with stakeholders and business vertical leaders to shape the vision and requirements of new products and featuresWork with internal training teams to expand knowledge of new features and products within the organizationMake sure security vulnerabilities found in applications are prioritized and fixed in a timely mannerMinimum Qualifications:
