Job Description:
Summary:
The role involves leading and managing the technical delivery of projects, providing guidance on architecture, security, and best practices. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end design, development, and unit testing, as well as planning and delivering new application functionality and enhancements. The position also includes accountability for resource management, budget decisions, and hiring, while supporting change management processes and implementing new solutions in alignment with project goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Playing technical lead/manager role with managing delivery, risk mitigation and technical assistance to the team.Provide technical vision and guidance for the engineering team by establishing and enforcing best practices in architecture design, application security and code reviews.Take ownership and assume end to end responsibility including design and unit test codeAble to specify, plan and deliver new or updated application functionalityAccountable for decisions on resources, budgets , hiring new talent.Plan the delivery of new or functionality enhancementsAs part of the Applications team support the change management process on existing systems and implement new solutions in line with project implementationsTechnical Experience & Exposure Requirements:
Technical expertise on Azure App Services, CI/CD Pipelines, Web API , SaaS, Paas and IaaS(MUST)Technical expertise on Azure Functions, Message Que and Microservice. (MUST)Good Experience in developing. NetCore, .NET (using Framework 4.5 and above), ASP.NET, MVC and Entity Framework applications (MUST)Good Experience in C# coding, class libraries and Web services (OData/Web API) (MUST)Experience of (MS-SQL Server 2012 & above) database development, querying, analysis, writing and reviewing stored procedures, functions and views using Transact SQL (Level of knowledge - Intermediate) (MUST)Ability to understand the database logical and physical schema and extend the existing schema.Required advance SQL knowledge to troubleshoot the issues (MUST)Good implementation knowledge on Angular 4+/JavaScript/jQuery (MUST)Technical Expertise on design low-code portals using Microsoft Power Apps (MUST)Experience with code refactoringShould have worked in Agile Scrum teams and is aware of Agile Scrum Delivery principlesShould have excellent communication, presentation and interpretation skillsShould be good at analyzing issues / situations and reasoning solution proposalsQualification Requirements:
