Qualifications:

•\tEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). A Master’s degree is a plus.

•\tExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a lead role and in the retail or display case industry. (open to other industries)

•\tSkills: Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.

•\tTechnical Proficiency: Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.

•\tProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00
