Job Description Lead the development of new product concepts and ideas from ideation to launch.   Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.   Manage the development process, including concept testing, prototyping, and product validation.   Present concepts to senior management and stakeholders.   Provide leadership and management oversight of your development team and oversee technical project performance of the team members.   Define, develop, and implement solutions to market and customer requirements in concert with the business area leadership team.
