Education/Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or chemistry is required.2+ years in a technical leadership role. Experience in a metals industry is preferred.2+ years in forge shop related experience is preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced team atmosphere. Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.Possess good problem-solving skills for supporting all aspects of the engineering infrastructure.Intermediate to Advanced skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
