Engineering Manager
Our client, a global manufacturer of machines for the pulp and paper industry, is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Dept. supporting service & repair team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership and project management skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Engineering Manager** **Location: Austell, GA** **Pay: $110,000 - $125,000** **Key Responsibilities** + Responsible for all aspects of engineering for the service and repair of machinery. + Manage multiple projects and allocate resources effectively aligning with the demands of the business and customer base + Manage, lead and coach your team in order to achieve site and regional objectives and goals. + Investigate problems and lead in facilitating recommendations for improvements **Requirements** + 5+ years of experience managing teams of engineers. + Engineering Degree preferred + Experience in the service or repair of mechanical machinery/systems. + Proven experience interacting and building relationships with customers. + Lean Management, Six Sigma and/or Operational Excellence training preferred.
