Splunk's DevObs Platform group is looking for a Manager to help lead and grow our observability platform. We focus on providing clear, reliable, and consistent testing, merge, and deployment services for Splunk’s internal product.
RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, retain, and hire a site reliability engineering team, focused on making our industry-leading technology even more valuable to our customers.
Plan and support career development through one-on-one conversations.
Champion an atmosphere of continuous improvement by serving as a leader, mentor, and technical advisor.
Partnering with your peer managers, Technical Operations, and Release Management Team, and many others to improve the reliability of Splunk releases.
Stay organized and communicate your team’s plans, roadblocks, and wins to the organization.
WHAT YOU PROVIDEDemonstrated experience leading positive change, hiring and empowering people, cultivating innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teamsExperience in building software abstractions and tooling to enable developer velocity.Experience in CI/CD governance, monitoring, and metrics-driven architecture.Own end-to-end availability and performance of critical services to reduce operational overheadDrive for Automation. Base Pay Range
Poland
Base Pay: PLN 248,000.00 - 341,000.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
