Job DescriptionYou will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Director Engineering.This is Technical Engineering Manager role - You will manage team alongside being Individual contributorYou will help to form the engineering team for the analytics domain.You are responsible for designing, developing and deploying software solutions while leading a small team.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable and efficient code.You will guide the team, set technical direction and ensure successful delivery, fostering a collaborative environment.

 

Qualifications8+ years– Strong in PythonOur solutions are cloud-based in AWS or Azure. Python is the principal required skillset, particularly FastAPI. These are managed through CI/CD pipelinesTeam leadership experienceExperience of the full development lifecycleThe ability to work with offshore teams from different cultures and backgroundWrite clean, scalable code, with a view towards design patterns and security best practicesExperience with maintaining or using pipelines for building & deploymentUnderstanding of Agile methodologiesAzure or AWS developmentGood understanding of application security principlesKnowledge of containerized solutions, Kubernetes, DockerPassion for continually pushing and improving how we build/test/prove our services
