Summary: Seeking an Engineering Manager with expertise in HVAC/R systems to lead engineering teams and support product growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical strongly preferred) Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for Secret clearance Proficiency in English language 3+ years' management experience preferred; supervisory experience considered 5+ years' system engineering experience 3+ years' experience with HVAC/R equipment

Responsibilities:

Oversee ECU, Heat, Flight Line, SDHD, and Production Support Engineering teams Manage new product design projects Provide technical direction and project management Teach and coach a mix of experienced and new engineers

Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $137,000.00 per year
