This position is responsible for overseeing the Delivery Systems & Services (DS&S) Engineering scope across Asia (excluding Korea). The role includes managing the regional engineering team, supporting business growth, and ensuring the successful promotion and delivery of DS&S products, which include Specialty Gas and Chemical Delivery Equipment, Turnkey Installation of Gas/Chemical Systems, and Poly Flow products.

The ideal candidate will develop deep technical expertise in DS&S products to effectively support customers, drive product innovation, and contribute to business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and end customers.

Your Role

1.Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance by implementing an effective Basic Safety Process (BSP) and achieving key safety targets (e.g., Recordable Injury Rate).

2. Lead and manage the regional engineering team to meet financial and operational goals for Asia (excluding Korea), while supporting global business objectives.

3. Oversee new product development, product sustaining, and manufacturing engineering for DS&S products used in the semiconductor industry to handle hazardous gases and chemicals.

4. Provide technical support to Field Service teams, production teams, and customer sites to ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting.

5.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, project managers, sales engineers, and other engineers) to develop and implement new features and improvements for existing and upcoming projects.

6.  Ensure adherence to global engineering best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

7.  Optimize engineering resources, budgets, and project timelines to improve efficiency and productivity.

8.  Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings, providing strategic feedback to headquarters for product development enhancements.

Who You Are

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, R&D, or OEM equipment manufacturing.

-  3+ years of leadership experience in a global organization, managing engineering teams.

-  Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Experience in public presentations, data automation, and digitization.

- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and additional languages are a plus.

- Frequent domestic and international business travel as required.
