**Country:** Thailand **Location:** 144/9 Moo 5, Bangkadi Industrial Park, Tivanon Road, Bangkadi, Muang, Pathumthani 12000 **Responsibilities:** + Assist Head of Design Engineering to oversee all engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. + Prepare and deliver presentations on engineering matters to higher management. + Facilitate communication between Design Engineering and other functions/entities to address and resolve any issues that arise. + Coordinate with Head of Design Engineering to develop and implement strategies for improving departmental efficiency and effectiveness. + Support the Engineering Head in managing departmental budgets and resources. + Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. + Provide administrative support to Head of Design Engineering, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering + Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. **Job Skills and Requirements:** + Minimum of 12 years of experience in a relevant field, including both project management and people management. + Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between management and employees. + Proficiency in both Thai and English, with strong presentation skills in both languages. + Ability to listen to and understand the needs and concerns of both management and employees, and to communicate these effectively. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions. + Proficiency in project management tools and software. + Experience working in a multicultural environment, with an understanding of Japanese and Thai business cultures. + High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information. **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
