What You'll Do Job Description: Engineering Manager - Integrated Engineering Systems Team (IEST) Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to lead the Integrated Engineering Systems Team (IEST). This team plays a critical role in the hosting, integration, and maintenance of tools that enhance the security, privacy, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) initiatives within our engineering organization. The successful candidate will manage a team of engineers, ensuring that the tools, data models, and dashboards are optimized to support eEicient decision-making and operational excellence. What Your Responsibilities Will Be Key Responsibilities - Team Leadership o Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of engineers focused on creative problem solving, cloud hosting, integration, data modelling, and visualization. o Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Tool Hosting and Maintenance o Ensure the reliability, resilience, and scalability of hosted and in-house tools for Product Security, SDLC, Architecture, and Product Privacy teams. o Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) and perform timely upgrades and configurations for supported tools. - Integration Development o Oversee the development and implementation of integrations between tools to enable seamless data exchange, aggregation, and analysis. o Ensure the security and scalability of integration code. - Data Modelling and Aggregation o Create and maintain standardized data models to enable effective aggregation and analysis of data collected from multiple tools. o Collaborate with Architecture and analytics teams to ensure data models meet business needs. - Dashboard Development o Lead the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards that provide actionable insights into security posture, privacy compliance and software maturity. o Partner with stakeholders to align dashboard metrics with organizational goals. - Collaboration o Work closely with architecture teams, SDLC team, Product Privacy team, Product Security team, engineering stakeholders, and data analytics teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. What You'll Need to be Successful Required Qualifications - Experience o Proven experience in leading engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. o Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and tool hosting in cloud environments. o Deep understanding of SDLC, security, and privacy best practices. - Technical Skills o Expertise in tool integration, data modelling, and dashboard development. o Familiarity with tools commonly used for SDLC, architecture, and product security. - Leadership Skills o Strong ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and align diverse stakeholders. o Excellent project management skills to prioritize and deliver on competing demands. - Soft Skills o Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical issues into business impact. o Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and operational efficiency. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with industry-standard security and privacy tools. - Experience in developing metrics and reporting frameworks for leadership. - Knowledge of data visualization tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Hex).
