Due to the cross-functional nature of our work, the ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You'll guide your team to make optimal decisions – balancing risk, reward, growth, short and long term goals. You'll act as a role model demonstrating responsible, pragmatic, and innovative problem solving techniques. You'll represent your team cross functionally, working with other teams across Apple as we advance our tools. The candidate must be technically strong, have a strong track record of leading projects, and experience shipping software. The candidate needs to show initiative, take ownership of a number of technical areas, and assume responsibility for leading all the related aspects that need to be coordinated to achieve success. The candidate should also be able to make intelligent choices when taking into consideration product-level constraints on system performance, privacy, and security. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,000 and $313,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
