POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Lahore, Pakistan Company: Nestlé Pakistan Full-time POSITION SUMMARY To support & advise the Agriculture Services Management in all aspects of Engineering with a strong focus on implementing Market-level initiatives, including developing & driving site initiatives leading to continuous improvement in Engineering including regenerative agriculture practices. A DAY IN THE LIFE … • Responsible for the preparation of the annual Investment Budget. • Implementation of the approved projects under Capital Investment approval and Tracking (CIAT) • Preparation of the annual Maintenance & Improvement Budget. Its implementation, tracking and feedback analysis. • Responsible for the Agriculture Services Equipment in the field e.g. Inspection of the newly inducted equipment to ensure its quality standard as per business need, Installation of Assets / Equipment within the deadlines, Ensure field equipment in operational condition. • To develop the Operational SOPs & ensure its implementation. • Responsible to ensure implementation on the Sub-Center’s engineering related operations & laid down minimum standards. • Effective Energy Management for diesel fuel & electricity. • To support Agriculture Services team for all Engineering matters in Dairy development & Farm Mechanization. • To explore cost saving tools and to develop effective Controls. • Executing sustainability initiatives and practices promoting GHG reduction and water saving WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL? 7-10 years experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Engineer Supervisor, Industrial Services, M&I or E&A/MES Engineer, or other similar positions)
