Technical Direction: Provide technical guidance by actively participating in architectural discussions, developing code, and advocating for new process improvements to drive innovation and efficiency. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Demonstrated experience as a Lead QA Engineer, preferably in a test automation or SDET role; 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring teams in an engineering environment. * Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., pytest Selenium, Cypress, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.). * Knowledge of performance testing tools such as k6 and experience in performance testing. * Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing. * Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Golang). **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Knowledge of performance testing and security testing tools. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git). * Familiarity with Kubernetes deployment and managing scalable services. * Previous experience managing geographically distributed teams.
