Engineering Operations Intern

We're looking for a curious and motivated Engineering Operations Intern who’s eager to learn how modern software engineering teams operate and deliver products. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full engineering lifecycle—from development to delivery—and provides an opportunity to understand how teams work together to build great software.

You will:

Learn how the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) works in real-world engineering teams Understand the Product Development Life Cycle and how features move from idea to release Get familiar with engineering metrics and how they help measure team performance and delivery efficiency Explore engineering operations and functions that support and scale development efforts Gain insight into end-to-end (E2E) engineering processes and how teams collaborate through cross-functional frameworks Work closely with development teams to observe, learn, and document their daily workflows, tools, and processes Building automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

You have:

A strong interest in software development, engineering operations, or product lifecycle management Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field Curiosity to learn how software gets built and delivered at scale Basic understanding of software development principles Good communication and analytical thinking skills A collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions and contribute

USA: $25.00 per hour 
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
