What you will do
Assist with the daily scheduling of projects and tasksAssist in the training, supervision, and scheduling of the engineering staffAssist with energy conservation and recycling programs at the resort.Maintain all logs and reports required by Federal, State, and Local lawsUtilize the purchasing system to purchase parts and outside services to maintain and repair the resort equipment and physical plant.Utilize the electronic work order system to generate work orders and monitor their completion including follow up on the quality of the repair and the satisfaction of the person requesting the work.Participate in property inspection walks with department heads and assist department headsMonitor and supervise daily engineering operations and keep records of all but not limited to preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, life safety equipment, swimming pool equipment, Building Management system and utility systems.Ensure all equipment logs, meter readings, chemical logs, energy logs are up to date and accurateReview the department P & L and assist with the annual budget processResponsible to manage the inventory of spare parts, work order database and participate in several walk through to ensure the building is kept in top notch condition at all timesThe candidate will display a role model characteristic for the department and quickly adapts to Four Seasons service cultureWhat you bring
High school education or equivalent1 year to 2 years of experience in a related position
Must be able to read blueprints
Working technical knowledge of general building maintenance. Ability to communicate, learn, and coven one's own comfort and skill level.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. This will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Computing skills certification, BMS training, CPO Certification and EPA 608 Universal Certification are preferred.
